Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Quality Engineer to join our team in Delhi. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with up to 6 years of work experience. The Quality Engineer will focus on maintaining the high standards and quality of our glass bottles and jars, ensuring they meet industry and company standards for safety and reliability.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Quality Assurance (Mandatory skill) with hands-on experience ensuring products meet specified quality standards.
  • Testing (Mandatory skill) expertise to conduct thorough inspections and tests on glass products to uphold quality standards.
  • Problem Solving (Mandatory skill) capability to identify issues and devise effective solutions promptly.
  • Strong Attention to Detail to catch any discrepancies or defects in products.
  • Analytical Thinking to evaluate production processes and make improvements as needed.
  • Process Improvement skills to enhance existing systems for better efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Excellent Communication Skills for effective interaction with team members and suppliers.
  • Proven experience in quality control practices within the packaging or related industries.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct tests and inspections of glass bottles and jars to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure non-conformance issues are addressed.
  • Collaborate with production teams to enhance quality management processes.
  • Maintain detailed reports of all inspections, testing activities, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure products comply with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Analyze quality assurance data and make updates to improve the production process.
  • Assist in developing training materials and conduct quality assurance training sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and teams to resolve quality-related issues.
