Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru East for a Sourcing and Screening Specialist in the IT domain. The day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening potential candidates for various IT roles, shortlisting resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs. The specialist will also contribute to contract negotiations, collaborate with team members, and ensure a streamlined end-to-end talent acquisition process, adhering to timelines and quality standards.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and identify the best talent for technical roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in recruiting processes, sourcing, and screening candidates to match requirements.
  • Skills in contract negotiation and procurement to streamline hiring agreements.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms related to talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
