We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Director, Data Delivery

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for requirements gathering, documentation of solution design, documenting and executing test scenarios and performing a variety of change and implementation management activities.
• A good understanding of the control requirement surrounding data handling will be advantageous in this role
• Support documentation of risks, issues and dependencies in the RAID log for allocated projects and ensure that these are fed into the program/PMO effectively.
• Content heavy role – Senior Business Analysts must demonstrate strong business knowledge and sound business sense, and stay abreast of the industry, business-wise and technology-wise.
• Stakeholder complexity – Senior Business Analysts will often need gather requirements and agree designs across stakeholders, dealing with different interests and resolving disagreements and conflicts, and sometimes needing to challenge poor requirements and design decisions. - They will often attend and lead these meetings or workshops with no supervision.
• Multi-disciplinary – Senior Business Analysts need to be able to shape business requirements and solution designs that encompass all aspects of the delivery (customer, people, process, policy, technology - system, data, infrastructure, etc). Senior Business Analysts may be required to work across multiple projects at the same time. 

To be successful, you will:

• Strong Business Analyst with Financial Services experience
• Should be a subject matter expert with a strong understanding of Credit and Lending / Global Trade Services and Payments/ Digital Channels / Regulatory / Risk Management / ESG processes with 10+ years of experience as required
• Stakeholder complexity – Business Analysts will often need gather requirements and agree designs across stakeholders, dealing with different interests and resolving disagreements and conflicts, and sometimes needing to challenge poor requirements and design decisions
• Experienced in technical product development and delivery using various technologies and can explain how they achieved this and the technologies used
• Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, team management and conflict management skills
• Experienced in presenting to senior stakeholder in both business and technology
• Experienced on agile projects and understand the application of agile. Good in SQL, and SQL programming knowledge as a Data Business Analyst.
• Prior project management experience with knowledge of Agile methodology and exposure to project management tools like Jira, Confluence, GITHUB
