Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and creative 
Pre-Primary Teacher
 to handle early years/ kindergarten classes. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education, skilled in activity-based learning, and capable of nurturing young learners with patience and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for 
    Nursery, LKG, and UKG
     aligned with early childhood curriculum.
  • Use activity-based, play-way, and experiential teaching methods.
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skill development.
  • Create a safe, joyful, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, art & craft activities, and storytelling sessions.
  • Maintain progress records, portfolios, and assessments for each child.
  • Communicate regularly with parents during PTMs and through class updates.
  • Ensure classroom discipline, hygiene, and child safety at all times.
  • Participate in school events, celebrations, and teacher training programs.

Required Qualifications:-

  • Bachelors Degree in 
    Education / Early Childhood Education / Any Graduate
     (ECCEd / NTT / Montessori training preferred).
  • 15 years of experience teaching Pre-Primary or Early Years.
  • Excellent communication skills and child-friendly classroom management.
  • Ability to use digital tools, rhymes, audio-visual aids, and interactive methods.

Preferred Skills:-

  • Creativity in designing activities and lessons.
  • Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and coordinators.
