We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our consulting firm's Public Education Practice as a Manager/Senior Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful projects aimed at transforming education systems. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership, consulting expertise, Education sector knowledge and a deep commitment to social impact.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Client Engagement:

  • Identify new opportunities and leverage relationships to establish the need
  • Develop proposals and pitch solutions aligned with client needs
  • Develop point of view documents/ thought leadership aligned with sector trends

Program Delivery and Team Management:

  • Work planning and timely delivery of programs at high quality to exceed client expectations
  • Lead high-performing teams to deliver high quality and innovative solutions
  • Manage project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes within budget and timelines.

Qualifications

Education: A Masters degree in Education, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Work experience

  • 8+ years of experience for Senior Manager/Manager (in consulting, education, or related fields).
  • Experience in school education and/ or higher education/ technical education
  • Proven track record of leading complex Consulting projects with measurable outcomes
  • Experience of independently leading and managing large teams
  • Experience of working with state and central govt. education departments and agencies

Key Skills:

  • Strong strategic and operational thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to think from the clients perspective, ability to create client ready outputs
  • Familiarity with education policies and guidelines by key education agencies such as NEP
  • Ability to leverage connects with state education depts., central ministries, autonomous bodies to identify and establish needs translating into tangible consulting opportunities.

Domain knowledge: understanding and experience of working in School Education or/ and Higher Education/ Technical Education with understanding of relevant schemes/ programs under Education.
