We are looking to employ a dedicated Billing Engineer manages project billing and cost control, which includes preparing cost estimates, generating invoices, and ensuring financial accuracy for construction projects. Key responsibilities involve quantity take-offs from drawings, preparing and certifying progress bills, verifying invoices and material usage, and maintaining detailed billing records.

Create detailed cost estimates and monitor project costs against the budget.

Prepare and process client and subcontractor bills based on work done, and manage the overall billing cycle for the project.

Calculate quantities of materials and work from project drawings and specifications.

Maintain meticulous records of all billing transactions and financial documents.

Review and verify invoices from contractors and consultants, and get client approvals for bills.
