About the Role:

Position: International Voice Customer Support / Sales Support

Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Rotational Shift

Salary: starting to Rs. 2.5LPA to 3.5LPA

contractual role

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Minimum Education: 12th pass.

Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.

Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone.

Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.

Provide accurate product, service & policy information.

Use CRM tools effectively.

Fluent English communication (Voice) is essential.

Candidates with Customer support or Sales experience.
