Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for US Bookkeepers. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, preparing and processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting bank reconciliations. Additional duties include maintaining financial records, assisting with month-end and year-end close processes, and preparing financial reports. The role entails collaborating with team members to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable and Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations
• Experience with Invoicing, Payroll Processing, and Tax Preparation
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
