Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Field Sales) who will act as a bridge between clients, sales, and product teams. The role involves generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirement and help them for their business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating leads from field/social media platforms, meeting companies and pitching TeleCRM.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations showcasing Telecrm's capabilities (lead management, call tracking, WhatsApp sync, automation, reporting, integrations, etc.).
  • Communicate the value of Telecrm and push clients to start using the CRM.
  • Assist in building confidence during the evaluation stage by addressing customer queries.
