Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech. – Mechanical Engineering from reputed Institute.

Experience:

• 5 – 7 years' experience in execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) services especially HVAC service installation on various construction sites preferred.
• Knowledge of working with Project Management Consultants (PMC) preferred.

Job Description:

• Possessing comprehensive knowledge of MEPF services, including the installation and commissioning of Plumbing Systems, Fire Fighting & FA/PA Systems, HVAC Systems (including Chillers, Cooling Towers, and other ancillary items), Elevators, Escalators, and other mechanical-related works in the project.
• Site execution as per the approved shop drawings pertaining to MEP services.
• Shall co-ordinate with all the concerned stakeholders and MEP vendors working at site.
• Should have good communication skills and possess quality of interacting with all the stakeholders.
• Should be efficient coordination working at site to undertake MEP coordination and execution.
• Shall have adequate knowledge to read the as-built drawings and point out the discrepancies if observed in the drawing while execution.
• Daily update of work to the concerned Reporting Officer
