Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Attendant based in Mysore. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, providing information about Cashito's services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include handling customer queries, describing product and service offerings, managing transactions, and supporting the daily operations of the store or sales location. The role involves interacting with clients and contributing to the company's mission of sustainable recommerce.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Basic sales and customer service knowledge, including handling customer inquiries and assisting with purchases or transactions.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively support store operations and maintain a clean, welcoming sales environment.
  • Proficiency in handling digital tools, including payment systems, point-of-sale software, and basic smartphone functionality.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Understanding of mobile phone resale and recommerce business trends is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in sales or customer service roles is an advantage, though not mandatory.
