Job Title: Email & Chat Support Executive (Off-Roll)
Location: Airoli
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Email & Chat Support Executive to join our team at Yes Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing timely resolutions through email and chat support channels, ensuring a positive customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to banking products and services.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and resolve queries.
Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards
Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome).
Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in customer service, email, or chat support.
Skills:
Excellent written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Good understanding of customer service principles.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹18,000 per month (in-hand)
Benefits: PF, ESIC, and annual bonus (paid separately)
Shift Timing: 8 to 8 shift (General Shift)
Weekly Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturdays, and all Sundays
