Job Overview:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support the procurement and vendor management activities. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining purchase records, and assisting in daily purchasing operations. Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing materials and collecting competitive quotations
  • Compare quotations and prepare basic cost analysis
  • Follow up with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders and related documentation
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and accounts teams for material updates
  • Maintain and update vendor databases and purchase records
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending orders
  • Support the purchase department in day-to-day administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent)
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in procurement/purchase
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Willingness to learn procurement processes
