Job Title: Order Confirmation Telecaller

Location: Rohini Sector 18, Delhi

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Order Confirmation Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer calls, confirming online orders, verifying details, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to confirm and verify their orders.
  • Update order details accurately in the system.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
  • Manage daily call logs and order reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Confident, polite, and well-spoken on calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).

Working Details:

  • Location: Rohini Sector 18 (Work from Office)
  • Timings: 10 AM - 6 PM
  • Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
