Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Must have experience in online bidding on various portals like Freelance, Upwork, Guru, etc.
  • Must be familiar with lead generations from various platforms.
  • Assisting BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Team/ Manager for the business development of the company.

Desired Profile

Must be familiar with work experience in:

  • UPWORK / Fiverr / GURU / FREELANCER
  • Online Bidding
  • Lead Generation
  • Business Leads
  • International Leads
  • Business proposal writing
  • Client Email Writing

Seeking candidates with an exceptional knowledge of Online bidder. Candidates should have an extensive and ongoing experience of working with portals like UPWORK and bringing up the projects for the company.

Expert Level Skills Required In:


• Thorough proficiency in Upwork

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skill is a must.

• Good knowledge of IT Services and experience in Sales and Marketing is a must.

• Should possess good interpersonal skills for Account Handling and Relationship Building.

• Should be proactive and should have excellent convincing skills.

• Dealing with international client

2. Business Development Executive: (Lead Generation Executive)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Lead Generation professional, who can deliver measurable success, is highly motivated, proactive, team player and has excellent communication skills.

Overview:

You need to work with the Sales team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation programme, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, mail campaigns, events, etc.
  • Manage, nurture and converting self-generated or inbound leads into sales opportunities.
  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
  • Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements.
  • Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity logs.
  • Get appointments scheduled with prospective clients.  

Roles and Responsibilities

 Experience of 1 - 5 years in client integration, retention and generating lead for business

Knowledge of bidding portals

Excellent management and communication skills

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Generating new Business

Exp Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals,

Client interaction, Negotiation, Follow ups and coordinate with

tech team.

Create Business Proposals as required by a potential client.
