Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist IT candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of IT recruitment experience in the domestic market.
  • Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends.
  • Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
