Role Overview

Zealver is looking for a dedicated MBBS Doctor to oversee the clinical care of elderly residents across our Belapur and Panvel facilities. The role involves onsite consultations, medical supervision, tele-consultations for digital health plans, and periodic visits to Occupational Health Centers (OHC) and medical rooms under Zealver's corporate health programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Resident Care & Facility Visits

  • Conduct daily rounds at
    Belapur and Panvel
    facilities to assess the health of elderly residents.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in coordination with the nursing team.
  • Develop individualized care plans and monitor progress.
  • Provide medical clearance for admissions, transfers, and discharges.

2. Tele-Consultations & Digital Health Plans

  • Provide video and phone consultations for Zealver's digital care subscribers.
  • Document and update EMR for all tele-consults.
  • Support triaging and coordinate with specialists when required.

3. OHC / Medical Room Support

  • Visit assigned
    OHCs and corporate medical rooms
    as per schedule.
  • Handle minor injuries, first aid, health assessments, and employee wellness consultations.
  • Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with occupational health standards.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with consulting specialists, external hospitals, and families of residents.
  • Train and guide nursing and caregiving staff on clinical protocols.
  • Participate in health talks, wellness programs, and monthly reviews.

Qualifications

  • MBBS from a recognized university.
  • Valid Maharashtra Medical Council registration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience
  • Experience in tele-consultation or primary care is an added advantage.
  • Strong diagnostic, patient management, and clinical skills
  • Proficiency in communicating medical terminology and delivering compassionate patient care
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality patient records and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of geriatric healthcare best practices is desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in medical scenarios
  • Commitment to providing empathetic, patient-centered care

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong clinical judgment and geriatric care understanding.
  • Good communication & empathy towards elderly patients.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and handle multi-location responsibilities.
  • Comfortable with EMR and digital health tools.
