Senior Design Lead with Packaging and Shipping Design, CAD Design Skills, Autocad

Job Summary
The Senior Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing Packaging and Shipping Design projects, utilizing CAD Design Skills, specifically AutoCAD. They will play a key role in managing and guiding the design team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the design team in the development of packaging and shipping design projects

2. Utilize cad design skills to create detailed drawings and specifications

3. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions

4. Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines

5. Conduct quality checks on design deliverables to maintain high standards

6. Mentor junior design team members and provide guidance on best practices

7. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in packaging and shipping design

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in packaging and shipping design concepts and principles

2. Strong cad design skills with expertise in autocad software

3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

4. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

5. Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve design issues efficiently

Certifications: Relevant certifications in Packaging and Shipping Design or CAD Design Skills are a plus
