  1. Data Validation

  2. Validate data received from various stakeholders.

  3. Market Analysis

  4. Identify, index, and review market potential of project sites at segment level (Geography and Key Accounts).

  5. Site Engagement

  6. Conduct site inspections based on leads.

  7. Make proposals including sampling to convert sites.

  8. Sales Execution

  9. Negotiate, finalize, and execute site orders as per agreed proposals.

  10. Project Monitoring

  11. Monitor project sites regularly.

  12. Ensure essential services are provided with warranty.

  13. Market Development

  14. Focus on key accounts, segments, geographies, and products to gain market share.

  15. Applicator Engagement

  16. Encourage participation in loyalty benefit programs.

  17. Add, upgrade, and retain applicators.

  18. Training & Awareness

  19. Conduct product trainings for applicators.

  20. Track lead conversion ratios.

  21. Reporting

  22. Prepare and circulate relevant reports (e.g., index sheets) within defined timelines.

  23. Process Compliance

  24. Follow applicable processes and documentation for site-level transactions.

  25. Account Reconciliation

  26. Reconcile dealer accounts regularly.

  27. Ensure smooth settlement of payments and outstanding dues.

  28. Cross-functional Integration

  29. Collaborate with Retail, Services, Commercial, and Marketing teams for lead sharing and operational support.

  30. Performance Targets

  31. Achieve overall value and volume targets.

  32. Meet product and segment-level targets.

  33. Applicator Metrics

  34. Drive addition, growth, and retention of target applicators.

  35. Payment Collection

  36. Ensure high efficiency in payment collections.

Requirements

  • Mobility & Travel

  • Extensive travel to project sites.

  • Pan-India mobility; role is transferable.

  • Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
  3. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  4. Strong track record in managing customer relationships.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  6. Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  7. Age limit upto 32 Years
