Job Description

Major Accountabilities

Content creation and campaign support

  • Develop clear, engaging content for internal channels (mass email, newsletters, intranet, Viva Engage, etc.).

  • Support the execution of communications campaigns

  • Translate complex leadership or technology topics into accessible, employee-friendly messaging.

  • Assist in developing visual assets (e.g., infographics, banners, videos).

  • Ensure consistent key messages and branding across all deliverables.

  • Support with stakeholders' engagement (e.g., Tech leaders, project teams, etc.) to gather stories and updates.

Channel and community management

  • Maintain and optimize internal communication platforms.

  • Schedule and publish content with consistency and quality.

  • Monitor engagement and recommend improvements.

  • Foster engagement in internal communities (e.g., Viva Engage, Teams groups).

  • Moderate discussions and encourage participation in Tech-related forums.

  • Support initiatives that build a sense of belonging and collaboration across Tech.

Event communications and support

  • Assist with communications planning and promotion for Tech events, townhalls, and webinars.

  • Coordinate pre-event messaging, live support, and post-event follow-ups.

Measurement and insights

  • Track engagement metrics and feedback

  • Coordinate dashboards and reporting

  • Leverage insights to refine messaging and improve impact


Key Performance Indicators

  • Channel Engagement: Monitor and improve engagement across internal communication platforms.

  • Content Performance: Ensure timely, relevant, and high-quality content delivery that resonates with employees.

  • Event Support & Visibility: Contribute to the success of Tech events through effective communications before, during, and after.

  • Community Management: Foster active participation and a sense of belonging within Tech-related internal communities.

  • Strategic Alignment & Impact: Demonstrate how communications support Tech's strategic priorities and contribute to broader business goals.

  • Employee Sentiment & Feedback: Gather and respond to employee feedback to continuously improve communication and engagement.

  • Policy & Compliance Adherence: Adherence to security and compliance policies, tools, and IT project delivery processes.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

Skills

  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage).

  • Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe tools a plus).

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach internal communications and employee engagement.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.

  • High cultural sensitivity and awareness of global workplace dynamics.

Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or community management, in English.

  • Experience working in global or matrixed organization.
