About the Role

As a Senior Technical Project Manager at SpaceBasic, you will take full responsibility for delivering major university implementations end-to-end. You'll work directly with client teams and internal functions to ensure smooth deployment, high adoption, and strong operational alignment.

This role requires someone who is structured, confident, and capable of managing demanding stakeholders, aligning expectations, and steering complex partnership dynamics—while driving the project to successful completion with autonomy.

What You'll Lead

  • Full ownership of technical implementation for major university accounts
  • Convert campus workflows into clear technical requirements across Hostel, Mess, Payments, Smart ID, Visitor Management & more
  • Create detailed project plans covering milestones, dependencies, and execution timelines
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for on-time delivery
  • Oversee data mapping, integrations, configurations, testing, and go-live readiness
  • Manage stakeholder communication with clarity, maturity, and consistency
  • Navigate complex client scenarios with balanced judgment and strong partnership management
  • Identify risks early, resolve issues proactively, and maintain quality throughout delivery
  • Track KPIs such as time-to-launch, module adoption, and overall implementation success

Who You Are

  • 4–7 years of experience in
    Technical Project Management or SaaS Implementation
  • Experience managing
    large-scale, high-intensity enterprise deployments
  • Strong technical understanding (APIs, integrations, data workflows, configurations)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-handling skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable running projects independently
  • Confident in guiding discussions, setting expectations, and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Bonus: Background in EdTech, PropTech, or institutional system deployments
