Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Pharma Regional Manager - Tamil Nadu. The individual will oversee and manage sales operations within the assigned region, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure achievement of sales targets. Key responsibilities include leading a team of sales representatives, building strong relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and ensuring effective distribution of products to maximize market presence. The role will also involve regular reporting on sales performance and identifying new business opportunities within Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading regional sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, market strategies, and Ayurvedic medicines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and competitive activities.
  • Proficiency in handling sales metrics, reporting, and distribution management.
  • Knowledge of the Tamil Nadu market and ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; an
