Senior QA Engineer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer – Web, Mobile & Conversational AI Testing in India.

This role offers the opportunity to lead quality assurance across cutting-edge web, mobile, and AI-driven conversational products. You will ensure that applications deliver reliable, high-performance user experiences while working with LLM-based systems. The position emphasizes both manual and automated testing, with a focus on functional, performance, and regression testing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to test strategy, and provide early feedback to improve product quality. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about ensuring excellence in complex AI-powered environments. This role provides exposure to modern QA tools, automation frameworks, and AI evaluation techniques.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA strategies for web, mobile, and conversational AI applications.

· Execute manual and automated tests for mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Pytest, and Playwright.

· Test LLM-based conversational systems for dialogue quality, response relevance, tone, safety, coherence, and fallback behaviors.

· Validate integrations with APIs, vector stores, and RAG systems.

· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to clarify features, enhance testability, and provide early QA feedback.

· Track, report, and analyze bugs and test results using tools like JIRA or Linear.

· Build automated test scripts and maintain QA dashboards for monitoring quality trends.

· Strong expertise in manual and automated testing frameworks, including Pytest, Selenium, Appium, or Playwright.

· Experience testing LLM-based or NLP-powered applications such as ChatGPT, Rasa, or custom models.

· Proficiency with SQL queries, API testing using Postman, and QA reporting.

· Knowledge of QA methodologies, test types, and SDLC processes.

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and conversational testing tools (Langfuse, Phoenix) is a plus.

· Experience in testing multi-turn conversation logic, AI personalization, and intent recognition is preferred.
