Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at 'Accure Medical Pvt Ltd' in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, where you will leverage your skills to connect with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Equip and train staff with essential sales techniques and product knowledge to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and provide suitable solutions that drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional yet personable approach.
