Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Consultant based in Guwahati, Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh, Bangalore with the flexibility of some work-from-home options.

  1. The Associate Consultant will assist students with academic qualification verifications, undertanding requirements of clients (students, professionals) university and program selection, scheduling meeting, verifying documents, supporting them throughout the process, building relationships and committed service no matter what.

  2. The candidate will conduct in-depth profile evaluations, provide guidance on visa processes, and offer post-admission visa support.

  3. Relationship management activities, such as engaging with students, mentors, and academic institutions, will be a key part of the role.

  4. Additionally, they will maintain records, meet performance goals, and contribute to streamlining internal processes.

  5. Networking and leading opportunities will be provided if capable to drive and grow. If you have the potentials there is no bar or previous qualifications/proven exp reqd.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in english, hindi, counseling, guidance, and assisting students with academic and career planning.
  • Self driven, hardworking and adaptable to learn -grow mindset required as hoing forward there will be no barriers for growth in the org. (Top in the industry will be provided based on activity performance reviews)
  • Strong organizational, research, and data management skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to review and edit application documentation with attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of the university admissions process requirements.
  • Experience in educational consulting or academic advising (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but open to candidates with equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with adaptability to learn new systems
