Role: Operations & Support Executive

A multi-functional profile where you will support Admin, HR, and Sales (Renewals + Support) teams. You will be responsible for student support, follow-ups, documentation, HR coordination, and making renewal/support calls.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support & Coordination

  • Handle incoming queries from students on WhatsApp, calls, and email
  • Share course details, schedule updates, assignments, and LMS support
  • Maintain student records & track their training progress

Sales Support & Renewals

  • Call enrolled learners for renewal reminders
  • Support the sales team with follow-up calls for pending payments
  • Assist in converting interested leads into enrolled students
  • Help sales team in coordinating demo sessions

HR & Admin Support

  • Assist HR with onboarding interns and candidates
  • Schedule interviews and maintain candidate tracking sheet
  • Support admin tasks: documentation, attendance tracking, updating reports

Operational Tasks

  • Maintain Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and internal dashboards
  • Help trainers and team members with session coordination
  • Support backend operations for webinars, live classes, and placement drives

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Calling experience (internship or small role counted)
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and customer support skills
  • Basic technical understanding (preferred: BCA/MCA/B.Tech)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced EdTech environment
  • Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn

Good to Have

  • Experience in EdTech or training industry
  • Understanding of CRM tools
  • Ability to handle pressure during live sessions & placement periods
  • Interest in tech education and student support
