  1. Workshop Profitability

  3. Service Staff Productivity

  4. Vehicle turnaround time

  5. Effective Bay utilization

  6. Accessory and other VAS sales against target

  7. Effective resolution of customer complaints in standard time frame.

KPI:-

  1. Assure all workshop work is completed on time.

  2. Responsible for keeping the productivity of the workshop as per agreed level.

  3. Daily MIS updating to control the MIS

  4. Liaise with allied business agencies.

  5. Initiating housekeeping habits, saftey and security procedure that result in a safe and

attractive work environment.

  1. Exposing technicians on to various level of training and ensure all technician are trained

& certified.

  1. Maintain dealership equipment in effective and safe working condition.
