Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java/Python Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in programming and teaching, with the ability to explain complex coding concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive and structured online tutoring sessions in Java and Python.
  • Teach programming fundamentals, problem-solving techniques, and advanced coding concepts.
  • Develop customized lesson plans based on students' skill levels and learning goals.
  • Provide hands-on coding exercises and real-world project-based learning.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
  • Previous experience in computer science teaching or tutoring programming.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners and advanced learners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for conducting online sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with online tutoring platforms or e-learning tools.
  • Familiarity with coding competitions, project-based learning, or academic curriculum development.
