Telecaller Community Outreach (Financial & Digital Literacy Program)

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Salary: 17000 CTC

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Telecaller to connect with community beneficiaries, motivate them to participate in project sessions, and promote financial and digital literacy. The role involves outreach, follow-up, and maintaining strong engagement with participants through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to target beneficiaries to inform and encourage participation in project sessions.
  • Explain the importance of financial and digital literacy in simple and local language.
  • Collect beneficiary information for registration and documentation.
  • Maintain daily call records and share status reports with the project team.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure participation and reinforce learning.
  • Handle queries and redirect complex concerns to the field or project teams.
  • Gather structured feedback from beneficiaries on sessions and activities.
  • Support pre- and post-session engagement activities as needed.
  • Encourage active participation in upcoming sessions and community initiatives.
  • Report on engagement metrics accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2; Graduate preferred.
  • 02 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or community outreach (experience in NGO/social sector preferred).
  • Fluency in Hindi and local language(s) is essential.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, and reporting).
  • Empathetic, patient, and able to communicate effectively with diverse community members.
