About HelloHelp:

HelloHelp is a growing platform that connects customers with reliable home helpers and service providers. We've recently launched our operations in Surat and are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Head to lead our on-ground operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations at the Surat office.
  • Manage customer appointments and assign helpers based on location and availability.
  • Ensure helpers reach the customer's location on time and provide them with clear directions using Google Maps and our application.
  • Handle customer calls, create new appointments, and manage last-minute or ad-hoc requests.
  • Coordinate between customers and helpers to ensure appointments are successfully completed.
  • Maintain records of appointments, attendance, and operational activities.
  • Take ownership of the office's day-to-day functioning and ensure efficiency throughout the day.
  • Should know to ride a bile with a valid license so you can help drop the helper to be on time if need be.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills (comfortable using web and mobile applications).
  • Good knowledge of Google Maps and navigation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in operations, field coordination, or customer service is an added advantage.
  • Must be based in Surat and able to work on-site in Adajan area.

Working Hours:

8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
