Ralakde Automation International Pvt Ltd is a rapidly growing industrial automation company dealing in surplus and new electronic equipment such as PLCs, HMIs, CNC systems, servo drives, and robotics. With a presence in both the UK and India, we focus on innovation, speed, and reliability. Our Indian office in Siliguri is expanding, and we are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance and accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting operations, financial statements, and compliance.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns as per Indian regulations.
• Monitor day-to-day financial transactions and conduct internal audits.
• Manage payroll, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Provide financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure statutory compliance with Companies Act and coordinate with external auditors.
• Collaborate with the management team for investment, cost control, and business planning.

Required Qualifications

• CA (Chartered Accountant) certification – Mandatory
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and reporting abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Familiarity with international financial reporting (IFRS) is a plus
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and foreign remittances

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
