Roles & Responsibilities: - Weare seeking a digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind to develop and implementour influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns from ideation toexecution. Your job duties will include identifying new partnershipopportunities, developing relationships with prominent influencers, andbrainstorming creative and engaging content ideas for influencer campaignstargeting different social media platforms.Identify new opportunities for collaborating withestablished influencers on Instagram and YouTube and come up with innovativeways to approach influencer campaigns and build relationships with prominent influencers.Developcontent ideas and write and curate content.Setup and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the campaign'ssuccess. Generate and present reports on campaignperformance.Liaisewith the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that workacross different channels. Work with the marketing and design team to postinfluencer content on social media platforms. Serve as a liaison between our brand ambassadors/influencers andthe marketing team.Cultivate professional partnerships with existingcontacts.Attendrelevant events for networking and business purposes.Researchrelevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.Brainstormnew, creative approaches to influencer campaigns. Keepabreast of emerging trends on social media,technologies and influencers to provide recommendationsfor future campaigns. Researchmarket data and trends to establish best practices related to influencercampaigns.Requirements Experience: - years of experience in talent management or working withcelebrities/influencers in an e -commerce / D2C platform products' brandpreferably beauty / cosmetics. Interest and passion for beauty is a must. Skills: - Teamplayer who displays a positive, professional attitude at all times who knowsthe influencer world Extensive network of influencers,In -depth knowledge of influencer dynamics, industry trends, and campaignstrategies and experience in handling influencers community Knowledge of techniques to improve the performance of influencersUnderstand brands brief andexplain the same to the influencersStrong negotiation andrelationship -building skillsExceptional organizationalskills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively andattention to detail Abilityto work independently while also being a team player Well organized with great time management skills.
