Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence, support event marketing activities, and assist with client outreach and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Assist in making reels, short videos, and event highlight content.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for graphics, photos, and marketing materials.
  • Track social media engagement and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Support client coordination for event details, proposals, budgets, and quotations.
  • Assist the team during event setups and on-ground activities.
  • Conduct cold calling to potential clients and support lead generation efforts.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media trends and Canva/design tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Interest in marketing, events, and production workflows.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field.
  • Preferred: Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or Event Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
