About the Role

As a TSM at Fino Payments Bank, you will be responsible for driving business growth in CASA, insurance, and other bank products within your assigned territory . You will manage the field operations, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of CASA, insurance, and other banking products in the cluster.

Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve individual and group targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer base.

Monitor field operations and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.

Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales and operations within banking/financial services.

Strong knowledge of CASA, insurance, and banking product sales.
