Lead Blockchain Engineer

We're looking for a highly skilled Lead Blockchain Engineer to architect and build the core infrastructure of our next-generation Layer 1 blockchain platform. This role demands a deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contract development, and the ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience :

to 6 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.

- Proven experience developing and deploying smart contracts.

- Experience working with Layer 1 blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, etc.).

Key Responsibilities :

- Blockchain Development (2 to 6 years experience) : Hands-on experience in building blockchain systems, including smart contract development and working with core blockchain protocols.

- Core Infrastructure : Design, develop, and maintain a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain platform focused on scalability, security, and low-latency operations comparable to modern systems like Ethereum or Solana.

- Smart Contract Engineering : Write, deploy, and optimize smart contracts. Ensure robust security and create developer-friendly APIs for seamless third-party integration.

- System Integration : Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to embed blockchain capabilities into a wide range of financial applications. Deliver clear documentation, SDKs, and tools to enable other teams to interact efficiently with the blockchain infrastructure.

- Innovation & Research : Stay at the forefront of blockchain advancements such as modular architectures and zero-knowledge proofs. Propose and implement improvements that enhance platform performance and security.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Deep knowledge of blockchain consensus mechanisms and cryptographic principles.

- Experience with EVM-compatible chains or alternative L1 platforms.

- Familiarity with Rust, Go, or Solidity.

- Proven track record in shipping production-level blockchain code.
