Job Description: Field Sales Executive (FOS) Overview The Field Sales Executive (FOS) drives sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. As the company's frontline ambassador, the FOS identifies opportunities, builds strong relationships, and uses effective sales techniques to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through lead generation.
- Conduct field visits to meet clients and promote products.
- Develop strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate products, addressing client queries.
- Negotiate contracts and maximize profit.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Use CRM tools to manage client interactions and track leads.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of field sales or direct client meeting experience, preferably in edtech or healthcare.
- Team management experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel extensively.
