Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Senior Infectious Disease Clinical Pharmacist. The responsibilities include developing and overseeing pharmaceutical care plans for infectious disease patients, ensuring precise medication compounding and dispensing activities, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care. The role involves monitoring medication effectiveness, educating patients and staff on pharmaceutical protocols, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care
• Knowledge of Medicine and its application in managing infectious diseases
• Proficiency in Compounding and dispensing medications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) or a relevant degree, with prior experience in infectious disease pharmacy preferred
• Ability to train and guide healthcare professionals regarding pharmaceutical best practices
