Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales teams, optimizing sales processes, and achieving ambitious sales targets through effective leadership, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric strategies
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for inbound and outbound lead management.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure efficient use of CRM (Zoho CRM) for lead tracking and reporting.
• Analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and take corrective actions to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and enhance lead quality.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support the sales team in negotiations, quotations, and closing high-value deals.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
• Forecast sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure seamless coordination with logistics, finance, and customer service teams for smooth order execution.
