Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and enhancing our market presence. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and an ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation.
  • Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on progress.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services.
  • Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and service improvements.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, with the ability to leverage these tools for effective client management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
