Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Python Django Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building robust web applications, APIs, and backend services using Django. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, scalable systems, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Django.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs.
  • Integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack.
  • Work with the team to improve code quality and development processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Python and Django framework.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with RESTful API development.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.).
  • Knowledge of database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Understanding of deployment tools and environments (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Django Rest Framework (DRF).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with asynchronous task queues (e.g., Celery, Redis).
  • Understanding of security and data protection best practices.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
