Manager, Digital SAP Serialization External Partner Integration

ROLE SUMMARY

The Pfizer Digital SAP Serialization Team are seeking an energetic, innovative and strategic individual who will be responsible for the implementation of global external partner onboarding and systems data exchange integration with the Pfizer Serialization Core Solutions which are deployed across more than thirty manufacturing sites in the PGS plant network.

External partners are Contract Manufacturer Organizations (CMO's) and customers for whom Pfizer will serialize and pack product for their distribution and supply (PC1 model). The position will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure innovative integrated solution design, development and implementation. The position will work across Pfizer teams to improve serialization processes, manage project timelines and knowledge transfer ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.

The role will drive CMO and PC1 onboarding and integration requirements and implementation, leveraging the Serialization Enhancement Request (ER) process to deliver and manage solution implementation. The position will partner with the Serialization CoE team to drive the optimum balance between quality, cost, and maximizing value of our Digital systems and services investment.

This is a global role reporting to the Director, Global SAP Serialization Lead. The role is responsible for:

• Implementation of external partner CMO and PC1 onboarding and systems data exchange integration.

• Developing strong relationships with external partner leads and technical groups, Pfizer Digital and CoE teams and business management at all levels.

• Collaboration with relevant stakeholders (including the PGS Digital Serialization and Business CoE teams) to ensure innovative integrated solution design, development and implementation
• Working across Pfizer teams to improve serialization processes, managing project timelines and knowledge transfer ensuring effective communication between stakeholders
• Assisting in the architecture of the business and functional processes for both internal and external platforms in addition to partnering with other Digital organizations to ensure solution alignment and on time development delivery
• Engaging across the Digital organization to identify innovative ideas, best practices, and continuous improvement opportunities to promote and maximize the value of existing solutions. Support external partner continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices
• Meeting with management to evaluate external partner needs, resolve problems and obstacles, provide resources, reset direction and maximize effective interactions and functioning. Proactively provide solutions to complex business process issues with or without Digital implications
• Execution of the Serialization Enhancement Request (ER) process. This will include assisting the Digital Serialization Team to work within the guidelines of the enhancement request process and ensuring ER requirements are clear and complete. This also includes ER impact assessment, cost estimate analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Validation of external partner (CMO/PC1) systems integration with the Pfizer Core Serialization solution.
• CMO/PC1 Integration Audit Support
• Ensuring smooth and unified service delivery and in relation to CMO and PC1 onboarding and related integration and business processes.
• Supporting CMO and PC1 integration as required.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• implementation of external partner CMO and PC1 onboarding and integration implementation with the Pfizer Serialization Core Solutions.
• Identify and refine related requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with external partner leads and technical groups, Pfizer Digital and CoE teams and business management at all levels.
• Collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure innovative integrated solution design, development and implementation
• Validation of CMO/PC1 system integrations with the Pfizer Core Serialization solution.
• Partner with other Digital organizations ensuring solution alignment and on time development delivery.
• Work across Pfizer teams to improve serialization processes, manages project timelines and knowledge transfer ensuring effective communication between stakeholders
• Enhancement Request (ER) Process Feasibility, Impact assessment, requirements gathering, cost estimation and project implementation management.
• Execute business process analysis, functional solution design, task delivery, interaction with vendor technical support teams, technical diagnostics and testing
• Collaborate with the PGS Digital Serialization team on all external partner integration initiatives.
• Work with the Digital support team to provide a processto transition enhancements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
• 8+ years IT experience
• 5+ years enterprise Serialization experience
• SAP ATTP and ICH experience
• Strong understanding of Pfizer Global Supply & Serialization/Supply Chain operations
• GMP and associated regulatory requirements
• Working experience working as part of a team in major, complex business change/IT programs
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated capability in communicating effectively and embracing diversity
• Working experience with all MS Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel, Project, Visio etc.)
• People Interaction Skills. Including leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
