Core AppealYou'll lead across -functional pod of growth specialists (Performance Marketing, SDR, ChannelSales, and Marketing Ops) to scale our pipeline from paid, outbound, andpartner sources. Within 90 days, you'll add ABM and mid -funnel programs tobuild a modern, high -performing growth engine. This role blends strategy, hands -on execution,and team leadership — ideal for a pipeline -obsessed demand gen leader whothrives on ownership.RequirementsKey Responsibilities●      Pipeline Architecture – Stand up repeatable LinkedIn +Search + retargeting plays; Launch and optimize full -funnel campaigns, publishweekly dashboards.●      Team Leadership – Coach a 4 -person pod, rungrowth -sprint rituals, remove roadblocks and develop IC skills.●      ABM Launch (Month 3) – Build tiered accountlists, intent signals, and launch 1:1 and 1: few ad campaigns.●      Partner Motion – Coordinate channel campaignswith Oracle/Infor allies; co -market webinars & events and run jointwebinars and outbound campaigns.●      Ops & Attribution – Ensure 95 %data accuracy from UTM → CRM; own lead scoring, routing and attribution logic. Success Metrics●  SQL Target: 47+ qualified SQLs perquarter ●  CPL Benchmark: Under $160(blended paid channels) ●  Conversion Goals: 18%+ MQL toSQL Conversion rate ●  Partner Contribution: 3+sourced opportunities per quarter ●  Attribution Accuracy: 95%+ dataintegrity across campaigns  Ideal Candidate Profile●      Experience: 5 -8 yrsfull -funnel demand gen in enterprise SaaS mo cycles) with managed ≥ 3 ICswhile remaining close to execution.●      Skills: LinkedIn & Google Ads, multi -touchattribution, CRO, HubSpot/SFDC, attribution modelling.●      Bonus: You've launched ABM programs, worked withchannel partners or marketed in the ERP/DAP space.●      ​● Mindset: Builder > maintainer, pipeline -obsessed,transparent coach.
