Role Overview

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst
to measure, interpret, and optimise the performance of all marketing initiatives—from digital campaigns (SEM, SEO, Social) to e-commerce activities and customer lifecycle management. This role will own the end-to-end data lifecycle—from collection and analysis to actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign management and optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve performance goals.
• Data analysis and insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify market opportunities, and understand customer behavior.
• Reporting and visualisation: Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and present data-driven recommendations to sales & Marketing team.
• Strategic recommendation: Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for improving campaigns, adjusting budgets, and informing overall business and service strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives and sales, customer analysis like EC churn rate, retention, etc
• Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in performance marketing and data analytics.

Qualifications and Skills

• Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze marketing and business performance data, with excellent attention to detail.
• Business acumen: Strong business sense and the ability to translate data insights into strategic, actionable recommendations.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving: Ability to solve complex challenges related to marketing performance, user experience, and scale

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years
  of experience in a dedicated Marketing Analytics or Business Intelligence role, preferably in the FMCG or E-commerce sector.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and e-commerce data structures.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into simple, business-focused strategy.
• Ownership, a 'get-it-done' attitude, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
