Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electric vehicle charging projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing schedules, overseeing expediting and inspection processes, and ensuring effective logistics management. The role also involves active communication with stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any project challenges.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Project Management processes, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting techniques to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Experience with Inspection protocols and procedures for ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management, including supply chain planning and coordination.
  • Problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing technical or engineering-related projects is an advantage.
