Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (Work From Office) role for a Title Curative and Closing Disclosure specialists located in Bengaluru and Kochi. The Title Curative or Closing Disclosure specialist will be responsible for reviewing and resolving issues with title reports, preparing closing disclosures, and ensuring all documents comply with regulatory standards. The specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, escrow officers, title officers, and underwriters.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Title Curative or Closing Disclosure processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow through with tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the mortgage and title insurance industry
  • Immediate Joiners or Candidates with short Notice are highly preferred
