Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Java and related frameworks.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of backend systems.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and technology stack improvements.
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality features on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in
    Java (8 or above)
    .
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks like
    Spring Boot
    ,
    Spring Framework
    , or
    Hibernate
    .
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g.,
    MySQL

    PostgreSQL
    ,
    MongoDB
    ).
  • Knowledge of messaging queues and event-driven architecture (e.g.,
    Apache Kafka
    , RabbitMQ).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g.,
    AWS
    ,
    Microsoft Azure
    , GCP) is a plus.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g.,
    Docker
    ,
    Kubernetes
    ).
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
