Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering role.
  • Strong experience in AI and Agentic AI system development.
  • Expertise in Python and FastAPI for backend development.
  • Frontend development proficiency using ReactJS and Next JS.
  • Solid working experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Proficiency with Azure services, especially storage and container hosting.
  • Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts and SQL.
  • Hands-on exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD, cloud deployment, and automation.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience working with vector databases, LLM operationalization, and enterprise-scale AI solution architecture.
  • Exposure to distributed systems.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and Agentic AI applications and services.
  • Lead end-to-end technical execution across architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Build scalable backend systems using Python and FastAPI.
  • Work on interactive front-end applications using ReactJS.
  • Develop microservice-based solutions and deploy them using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Leverage Azure cloud services (Azure Storage, containers, pipelines) for scalable AI workloads.
  • Integrate applications with RDBMS and ensure efficient and secure data handling.
  • Champion DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, observability, and deployment optimization.
  • Present technical solutions and design approaches to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentoring and guiding team members in technical development and problem solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, technical requirements, and implementation plans.
