CNC Setter-cum-Operator – Tool Room

Responsibilities:

  • Set up CNC machines with correct tools, offsets, and programs.
  • Interpret 2D/3D drawings and ensure parts match specifications.
  • Perform trial runs, make fine adjustments, and ensure first-piece approval.
  • Operate machines to produce components with high accuracy.
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Maintain tools, fixtures, and machine cleanliness.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and support tool room activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / ITI / BE Mechanical.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming basics, tool offsets, and machining processes.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
  • Experience in tool room preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
