Role Description
This is a paid on-site role for a Sales Intern located in Gurugram. The Sales Intern will be:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies specific to the Metal industry.
- Define and manage sales territories to maximize market coverage.
- Identify and target key clients and prospects within the sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B segment by finding relevant leads
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular interactions.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Implement corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management principles
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proactive approach and willingness to take on challenges
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is beneficial
