About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across manufacturing and industrial domains. You will collaborate closely with client hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality manufacturing talent.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Review and screen resumes to identify suitable profiles for client requirements.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and fit.
  • Create, edit, and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate offer discussions between clients and candidates; support with negotiation and documentation.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–6 years of experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial roles (preferably in a recruitment agency environment).
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing channels, and selection best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities.
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
